摘    要:在催化裂化过程中,原油中含有的金属元素,特别是镍钒对FCC催化剂产生了严重的影响。分析了FCC催化剂镍钒中毒机理及其之间的相互影响,论述了镍钒污染对催化剂活性和选择性的影响,并对抑制镍钒对FCC催化剂中毒的措施进行了阐述。

Abstract:In the process of fluid catalytic cracking,heavy metals in crude oil especially nickel and vanadium have a serious impact on the properties of FCC catalysts.This paper analyzes poisoning mechanism of nickel and vanadium and their interactions,discusses the influence on catalysts activity and selectivity,at the same time,summarizes several inhibition measures of catalysts deactivation by nickel and vanadium.
