摘    要:如何减少大体积混凝土因水化热引起的裂缝是亟待解决的问题,关系工程安全.本文基于水化热分析理论,就施工前温控措施如合理分层分块、控制混凝土配合比和冷却水管布置,施工中温控措施如入仓温度控制和保障浇筑质量,施工后温控措施如温度检测和养护,极端情况温控措施等进行了分析.

Abstract:How to reduce the cracks of mass concrete caused by hydration heat is an urgent problem to be solved, which is related to the safety of the project. Based on the theory of hydration heat analysis, this paper discusses the temperature control measures before construction such as reasonable layering and blocking, controlling concrete mix proportion and cooling water pipe layout, temperature control measures during construction such as controlling the warehousing temperature and the pouring quality, and temperature control measures after construction such as temperature detection and maintenance, as well as temperature control measures under extreme conditions.
