程潮铁矿充填体下部崩落采场稳定性分析

程潮铁矿西区计划将矿柱回收采场由充填法转为崩落法开采，原充填采场结构复杂，造成其下方围岩应力分布不均，不利于开挖采准巷道的稳定性，故需对巷道开挖前后的围岩应力分布特征进行研究。采用室内相似模拟试验和数值模拟相结合的方法，分析了采准巷道开挖前后的围岩应力分布规律及巷道稳定性。研究表明：①由于原充填采场矿房矿柱采用间隔布置形式，导致其下方围岩应力分布紊乱，采准巷道开挖后局部存在拉应力，且应力集中现象明显；②充填采场下方围岩压应力达到崩落体下方的2倍，巷道开挖面临较高且不均匀的应力分布环境，可采取锚杆联系链技术进行支护，目前该支护方法在现场试验中已达到预期效果。研究结果对于程潮铁矿下一步开拓工程施工有一定的指导意义。

Study on Investment and Development of Non-State Mining Enterprises

To develop the investment on non-state mining enterprises is of great importance to the promotion of China's mining industry and the development of the national economy.The paper first analyzes in a deep-going way the status-quo and the existing problems of the investment on China's non-state mining enterprises from the aspects of policy,law,regulation,financing and technology,and then puts forward the correspondent countermeasures and suggestions,in a hope to arouse the attention of the related sectors.
