历史地段功能更新中“苑、院、坊”空间形态研究——以无锡惠山古街规划为例

空间形态与功能更新均是城市历史地段研究中的重要内容。该文旨在探讨空间形态与功能更新间的对应关系，并对基于功能更新的整体空间形态模式进行了尝试性研究。根据案例地无锡惠山古街的地域环境和特定条件，从功能定位、目标市场以及业态设置等方面综合考虑，摸索出贯穿整个规划地段的“苑、院、坊”空间形态模式序列。

Study of Spatial Forms in the Function Renovation of Historical Districts: A Case Study of Huishan Historical District, Wuxi

Both Spatial forms and function renovation are important to the study of historical districts. This article studyies the relation between spatial forms and function renovation, and works on the exploratory research of spatial forms based on the function renovation of historical districts. According to the geographical environment and local condition of Huishan historical district in Wuxi, this paper try to drarw the conclusion about ＂garden, courtyard and lane＂ （Yuan, Yuan, Fang） pattern of spatial forms in the historical district from three aspects, function orientation, target market and types of retailing.
