资源枯竭型城市产业结构调整与转型研究

阜新是我国最早建立起来的重要能源生产基地之一,曾有"煤电之都"的美誉,大部分企业依靠煤电而建立起来的。然而,随着煤炭资源的渐近枯竭和人口的逐年增加,现有的能源将逐渐不能满足社会经济不断增长的需要。许多企业的发展将因能源缺乏而失去动力,地方财政收入来源不足等、资源、环境、产业结构诸因素与经济社会发展产生一系列矛盾,将对地区经济发展产生严重的影响。资源枯竭型城市,如何规避"矿竭城衰"的风险,实现可持续发展,其产业定位与城市转型研究至关重要。

Fuxin is China's first established and an important base of energy production,there has been the reputation of "coal capital".Most of the enterprises rely on coal and electricity.However with the asymptotic coal resource depletion and population increases every year,will gradually the existing energy can not meet the social and economic needs of growing.The development of many enterprises will face the problems such as lack of energy and power,the local revenue sources,and will face a series of contradictions such as inadequate resources,the environment,industrial factors and economic and social evelopment,and would have serious implications on the development of regional economic Resourceexhausted cities,how to avoid the "mine exhaust city bad" risk,and achieve sustainable development,industrial restructuring and urban positioning vital research.
