| 摘 要： | 叙述了ＹＯＴＧＣ４５０液力偶合器在实际运行中出现的一些故障，通过对故障机理的分析，研究，指出了造成故障的主要原因是该设备的２个设计缺陷，提出了相应的解决措施，在生产中取得了良好的效果。

| Abstract: | Faults of YOT GC 450 fluid coupling in practical operation are described.Based on analysis and research on mechanism of the faults,it points out that main causes of the faults are two design defects of the device. It also gives related solving measures, which obtain satisfactory effects in operation. |
