摘    要:针对TD-SCDMA UMTS R4核心网的网络体系架构,本文讨论了MRBT业务在工程实施上的若干技术问题和解决方法。采用BICC(Bearer Independent Call Control)作为业务平台接入的主要方式,采用IP承载,符合核心网IP化趋势;增加ISUP为BICC的备用路由,增加了业务系统的可靠性;MRBT业务将来可能由跨接方式向非跨接方式过渡,部署时统筹考虑两种方式,能够实现平滑过渡;通过合理的组网策略,利用流媒体方式实现在WAP环境下对视频铃音的预览功能。

Abstract:Aiming at architecture of UMTS R4 core network of TD-SCDMA, some technical issues and solutions on engineering implementation of MRBT service are discussed. Adopting protocol of BICC as primary access method and using IP bearing measure up the IP trends on core network. The protocol of ISUP (ISDN User Part) is added as secondary signal routing in order to enhance reliability of the service system. Since MRBT service would transfer from bridging mode to non-bridging mode in the future, two modes should be considered as a whole on deployment of this service, which is of benefit to transferring smoothly. Leveraging by reasonable policy of networking, preview function of video ring tones in the environment of WAP is implemented based on streaming technology.
