| 摘 要： | 本文对料浆法磷酸铵造粒过程中的动力学问题,即颗粒成长速率和平衡问题进行了理论分析,提出了定量描述该过程的动力学模型.借助计算机,可使用该模型对过程进行数值模拟和对造粒器进行设计计算.计算的结果与中间试验所得的数据符合良好.

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes theoritically the particle growing rate and the mass, size and number equilibrium in the granulation process of ammonium phosphate fertilizer.A model is proposed to describe this granulation process.The model can be used in the design and numerical simulation of the granulars with good agreement between the calculating results and the data from a pilot-scale plant |
