摘    要:教师自我专业成长是教师专业成长快速、持久、有效的根本方式,主要包括三个方面:更新教育观念;不断获取新知识;将教育实践和教育研究相结合,进行教育行动研究。

Abstract:This is the swift,permanent and efficient way for teacher's professional development and it mainly includes three aspects:first,renews educational notion;second,continously gets new knowledge;third, integrades educational experience and educational research together,that is educational action research.
