| 摘 要： | 以\"调整参数\"为重点,采用双线性开放/动态人口模型,对2009-2020年上海城镇养老保险基金收支缺口和变动趋势进行测算.提出了延缓城镇养老保险基金的领取速度和优化调整上海人口结构等科学的、可行的对策建议,以实现上海城镇养老保险基金可持续发展.

| Abstract: | Focused on adjusting parameter,the payment gap and change trend of Shanghai urban pension insurance fund from 2009 to 2020 were estimated by using the bilinear open and dynamic population model.Scientific and feasible proposals of slowing the receiving speed of pension insurance fund and adjusting the population structure of Shanghai are provided,which can ensure the sustainable development of urban pension insurance fund in Shanghai. |
