| 摘 要： | 车用多层复合过滤材料采用5种不同针刺、水刺制品进行多层复合,使复合过滤材料制品综合性能得到极大提高.产品通过采用不同种类和粗细的纤维材料层,达到了分层过滤的目的,过滤效率高,污染小,在车用过滤材料上有着广泛的应用前景.介绍了多层复合非织造布汽车空气滤清器分层过滤的机理,叙述了主要复合工艺流程和加工技术,以及产品质量控制等情况.

| Abstract: | The multiple -layer compound filtering material for automobile is compounded by use of 5 different needle - punched and spun laced nonwovens which greatly improved its performance by means of separated layer filtering with high efficiency and low -emission.It has wide application prospect.This text briefly introduces the principle of separated layer filtering of the multiple - layer nonwovens air filter for automobile with its processing flow,processing technology and product quality control described. |
