高强度螺栓试验与测试系统的开发

摘    要:采用非接触转矩传感器、角度传感器和轴力传感器,通过单片机数据采集和控制,设定了3种不同的测试模式,对高强度螺栓转矩系数进行在线检测和数据处理,有效地解决了高强度螺栓转矩系数一次性集成测试问题.

Abstract:With combination of the non-contact torque sensor,angular sensor and axial force sensor,three different modes of online testing and data processing for the torque coefficient of the high strength bolt were designed through data aquisition and control of MCU,which can effectively solve one-time integration testing problem for the torque coefficient of the high strength bolt.
