摘    要:介绍了一种使用连通管、电涡流传感器测量轴承相对标高的测试系统,它能准确测量大型机械相邻轴承的相对标高变化.文中叙述了其测量原理、特点以及系统的硬件电路和软件设计,最后给出一个测试实例,并对测量结果进行了简要分析.

Abstract:In this paper,the measuring system of relative vertical bearing alignments using connective tube and eddy current sensor was presented.The changes of relative rertical bearing alignment in large rotating machinery can be accurately measure .Its measuring principle,characteristics,the circuit of hardware and the design of software were described.Finally,a measuring example was given,and the measuring results were analyed simply.
