复合型高效捕沫器在甲醇分离器中的应用

摘    要:简述了甲醇装置甲醇分离器的基本结构和技改前存在的问题,介绍了复合型高效捕沫器的基本原理以及应用于甲醇分离器的实际效果,分析了技改中有待解决的问题和原因。技改效果表明,采用复合型高效捕沫器后,甲醇分离器的分离效率由28.9%提高至94.4%;技改投资为30万元/套,投资回收期为2个月。

Abstract:Author has briefly described the basic structure of the methanol separator and the existing problems before technical reformation in the methanol plant, has introduced the basis principle of composite type and high effective de-mister and the actual situation in applying in methanol separa- tor, and has analyzed the problems to be solved in the technical reformation and its cause. The result of technical reformation indicates that after applying composite type and high effective de-mister, the separation rate of methanol separator is increased from 28.9% to 94.4% ; the investment of technical reformation is 300000 Yuan RMB/set, recovery period of investment is 2 months.
