固相微萃取气相色谱-质谱法测定塑料浸泡液中己二酸酯类增塑剂的溶出量

摘    要:采用顶空固相微萃取方式和气相色谱-质谱单离子监测技术,以己二酸二(1-丁基戊基)酯为内标,对塑料制品在水浸泡液中己二酸二乙酯、己二酸二异丁酯、己二酸二丁酯、己二酸二(2-丁氧基乙基)酯、己二酸二(2-乙基己基)酯5种己二酸酯类增塑剂的溶出量进行了分析和测定,考察了盐效应、萃取温度、萃取时间和热解吸时间等因素对方法灵敏度的影响,同时对浸泡条件也进行了研究。测得塑料浸泡液中5种己二酸酯的检测限量为0.022~5.49 mg/L,回收率为86.16%~104.33%,相对标准偏差为7.75%~8.44%。

Abstract:To selected bis (1-butyl pentyl) adipate as the inter-use standard,it analyzed and determined the amounts dissolved out of each of five different kinds of dipate plasticizers——diethyl, dibutyl,diisobutyl,bis (2-butoxyethyl adiapte) and bis (2-ethyl hexyl) adipate,in the plastic soaking liquid (water) by use of headspace solid-phase microextraction (SPEM) coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry in single ion monitoring mode (SIM).It discussed the effects of the salt effect,extraction temperature,extraction time and the thermal desorption time on the sensitivity of operating method of SPME.It also studied the soaking conditions.The results showed that the limit of detection of five kinds of adipates in plastic soaking solution is 0.0220 mg/L~5.49 mg/L,the recovery rate is 86.16%~104.33%,and the relative standard deviation (RSD)is 7.75%~8.44%.
