| 摘 要： | 回顾性分析17例血管损伤的血管造影表现,其中6例作了血管栓塞术。血管造影不仅能明确血管损伤的部位、状况及程度,对决定治疗有指导价值,还可了解实质脏器的损伤与否。急性损伤时,血管造影可见造影剂显影中断、血管模糊与造影剂外渗,但其外渗程度与临床现象并不相符,也不能预示后果;慢性损伤期多表现为假性动脉瘤。对合适的血管损伤,尤为盆腔与髂、股部者栓塞术的效果比手术为好。

| Abstract: | The combustion ability of a high speed burner will drop with the rise of air (coal gas) preheated temperature. The quantative relation between them can be got by means of experiment or calculation. But results between experiment and calculation show important difference. In the paper, the author express some superficial opinions on problems of calculation. |
