摘    要:在数十台75t/h和130t/循环流化床成功运行的基础上,开发了220t/h采用水冷方形分离器的循环流化床锅炉,2001年底在山东威海热电厂投入商业运行。这是采用中国技术的容量最大的循环流化床锅炉之一。文中介绍了该炉的运行情况。由于水冷方形分离器本身的特点以及全膜式壁结构,锅炉迅速启动以及回灰温度略微下降等特性非常突出。飞灰、循环灰和底渣的粒度分布与燃用相似煤种等当量直径圆旋风筒循环流化床锅炉非常相似。燃烧效率比较理想,污染物捧放满足国家标准要求。其燃料适应性、负荷变化率尤其是可靠性非常优越。

Abstract:Based on the success of 75t/h and 130t/h CFB boilers with water-cooled square cyclone amounting to overforty, the first one 220t/h went into commercial operation successfully by the end of 2001, at Weihai Cogeneration Plant,Shandon Province. This boiler is one of the largest capacities CFB boilers constructed with Chinese demotic technology. The operating experience is presented in this paper. Because of the nature of the water cooled cyclone and the full water membrane structure of the boiler wall, the boiler show a uniqueperformance on the shorter start up time; the resistance on the shut down; the lower temperature of circulating ash andexcellence availability, etc. The particle size of fly ash,circulating ash and bottom ash of this boiler is very similar with those of the CFB boilers with round cyclone of equivalentdiameter and working on a similar coal. Its combustionefficiency is higher than expected. The pollutant emission of the boiler is not beyond the local strict emission standard. Its fuel flexibility, high load variation ratio, especially, theexcellent reliability satisfied the client.
