摘    要:结合唐钢中厚板厂GE22MW高炉风机拖动系统和唐钢铁厂南区3200m^3高炉SIEMENS46MW风机拖动系统的安装调试运行情况,介绍了LCI型电流源变频器的系统组成和工作原理,重点分析了高压变频调速技术在风机负载控制系统中的应用,展望了同步电动机在高炉鼓风机拖动系统中的应用前景。

Abstract:Based on the installation and commissioning status of the drive system for GE22 MW blast furnace blower of the Medium and Heavy Plate Plant and the drive system for SIEMENS 46 MW blower of 3200 m^3 blast furnace in the south zone of the Iron Mill of Tangshan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd, composition and working principle of the system of LCI current source frequency converter were introduced. The application of high voltage frequeney control technology in the load control system of the blower was analyzed in detail. The application prospect of a synchronous motor in the drive system of blast furnace blower was forecasted.
