洗发液喷嘴瓶盖弯管与螺纹脱模机构及其注塑模具设计

摘    要:介绍了带有两种特殊脱模机构的洗发液喷嘴瓶盖塑件模具结构设计,该模具采用两板模模架,其模腔布局为一模八腔,浇注系统采用香蕉型浇口、H型平衡布局流道系统,实施单腔单点潜伏式浇注,以保证塑件的表面成型质量无浇口痕迹。设计了一种油缸直接驱动圆弧滑块进行抽芯的脱模机构以实现塑件上弯管特征的脱模;同时设计了一种复合式螺纹抽芯机构来实现塑件带外螺纹的多层圆柱壁特征的脱模。在复合式螺纹抽芯机构中,外螺纹先旋转脱模,从而带动内层管壁先抽芯脱模,而后通过推管顶出的办法实现多层管壁的分步脱模。

Abstract:The structure design of injection mould with two special demoulding mechanisms of shampoo nozzle cap plastic part was introduced.In the mould,two plate mould base was adopted,and the cavity layout was one mould and eight cavities.In the gating system,banana type gate and H-balanced layout runner system were adopted,single-cavity and single-point submarine gating were implemented,so as to guarantee the surface quality of the plastic parts without gate marks.A demoulding mechanism was designed in which the oil cylinder drove the circular arc slider directly for core pulling to realize the demoulding of the bend pipe on the plastic part.A compound thread core-pulling mechanism was designed to realize demoulding of multi-layer cylindrical wall with external threads on the plastic part.In the compound thread core-pulling mechanism,external thread rotated for the demoulding first,which drove the first core-pulling of inner pipe wall,and then the demoulding of the multi-layer pipe wall was realized step by step through pushing out the ejector sleeve.
