CF/铜增强PP复合材料的力学、热学及导电性能

摘    要:通过向聚丙烯(PP)中单独或同时掺入碳纤维(CF)和金属铜(Cu)粉,利用熔融共混法制备PP/CF,PP/Cu,PP/(CF+Cu)纳米复合材料,通过X射线衍射,扫描电子显微镜,热变形温度、电阻率测试等研究不同填料及配比对PP的结晶类型、冲击强度和表面电阻率等的影响。结果表明,CF和Cu粉加入到PP基体中没有诱导PP基体产生新的晶型,但填料的加入使结晶峰位置偏移。CF的加入能够提高PP复合材料的冲击强度和拉伸强度,而Cu粉的加入会降低。单独加入CF和Cu粉对复合材料热变形温度影响不显著,但两者同时加入起到了协同增强的效果。对于电阻率,单独加入CF和Cu粉的复合材料都较纯PP电阻率有所降低,而同时添加CF和Cu粉的复合材料的表面电阻率降低更加显著,较纯PP降低了7.3个数量级。电阻率协同降低主要是因为Cu粉的存在改善了CF的排布,使CF朝一个方向排列,形成更多连续导电网络。

Abstract:By adding carbon fiber(CF)and cuprum(Cu),alone and co-doped,polypropylene(PP)/CF,PP/Cu,PP/(CF+Cu)composites were synthesized.The effect of different filler or content on the heat resistance,mechanical and electrical properties of polypropylene composites was studied by characterizing X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscope,heat distortiontemperature,electrical resistivity,etc.The results show that the addition of CF and Cu into PP does not affect the crystal type of PP matrix,but shift the diffraction peaks.The adding of CF improve the impact strength of the composites,and the adding of Cu decrease.The heat distortion temperature(HDT)values of PP/CF and PP/Cu are not significantly changed as compared to PP,while HDT values of PP/(CF+Cu)were significantly enhanced by co-doping CF and Cu.For electrical resistivity,the values are decreased by the addition of CF or Cu alone,and further decreased by simultaneously adding CF and Cu.The electrical resistivity of PP/(CF+Cu)are 7.3 orders of magnitude lower than pure PP,which is duo to the arrangement of CF in the same orientation resulting from the effect of Cu.
