超高分子量聚乙烯复合材料的消声性能研究

摘    要:超高分子量聚乙烯(PE-UHMW)具有很好的抗冲击性、消声减振等性能,通过在PE-UHMW中加入玻璃纤维(GF)、聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)纤维和石墨烯(Gr),利用模压法制得PE-UHMW复合板。通过测试并分析其吸声系数和隔声量,提出了复合材料板分子链缠结模型,并结合模型分析了复合材料的消声性能。结果表明,在40~260Hz和1 590~2 880Hz波段,GF对PE-UHMW的消声性能有促进作用。而Gr加入后,则仅在1 790~3 000Hz波段对PE-UHMW的消声性能有促进作用,其他波段均未增加,与其自身缺陷有关。由于粘接较差,PTFE纤维并未达到预期效果,只是在大于2 160Hz后才对消声性能产生正面影响。总之,三种填料加入后都会影响PE-UHMW分子链的缠结,并且对分子链的耗能方式产生一定的影响,从而影响PE-UHMW的消声性能。

Abstract:Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(PE-UHMW)has lots of good properties such as impact resistance,sound attenuation and vibration reduction.PE-UHMW composite was made by adding glass fiber,polytetrafluoroethylene fiber and graphene to PE-UHMW and PE-UHMW composite plate was prepared by molding.By testing and analyzing the sound absorption coefficient and sound insulation,a molecular chain entanglement model of composite plate was proposed.Combined with the model,the acoustic performance of the composite was analyzed.The results show that glass fiber can promote the silencing performance of PEUHMW in 40-260 Hz and 1 590-2 880 Hz.However,when graphene is added,the acoustic performance of PE-UHMW is promoted in 1 790-3 000 Hz,while the other frequency are not increased,which is related to its own defects.Because of the bad adhesion,polytetrafluoroethylene fiber does not achieve the expected effect.But after 2 160 Hz,it can promote the acoustic performance of PE-UHMW.In a word,the three types of filler will affect the entanglement of the molecular chain of PE-UHMW,and influence the energy consumption of the molecular chain in a certain way,which will affect the acoustic performance of PE-UHMW.
