含硅芳炔树脂的热性能和玻璃化转变温度研究

摘    要:采用热失重分析、差热分析和动态力学分析等方法对含硅芳炔树脂(PSA-1)和改性含硅芳炔树脂(PSA-1B)进行了氮气氛下的800℃热失重率、空气氛下的热失重达到5%时的温度(Td5)和玻璃化转变温度(Tg)等性能的表征研究。研究结果表明,PSA-1和PSA-1B氮气氛下的800℃热失重率分别为9.23%和12.16%,空气氛下的Td5分别为542.5℃和537.5℃。分析认为,上述两种含硅芳炔树脂的高温耐热性能优异,其中PSA-1的高温热性能略优于改性含硅芳炔树脂(PSA-1B),两者均可作为高温耐烧蚀复合材料树脂基体使用。同时,PSA-1和PSA-1B的玻璃化转变温度均高于500℃,分析认为,上述两种含硅芳炔树脂具有良好的工艺性能和优良环保性。

Abstract:Thermal properties such as weightlessness rate at 800℃in nitrogen,temperature at 5%thermal weightlessness(Td5)in air and glass-transition temperature(Tg)of silicon-containing arylacetylene resin(PSA-1)and modified silicon-containing arylacetylene resin(PSA-1B)were characterized by thermal weightlessness,differential scanning calorimeter and dynamic mechanical analysis.The results show that weightlessness rate at 800℃in nitrogen of PSA-1 and PSA-1B is respectively 9.23%and 12.16%,Td5 in air of the above two resins is respectively 542.5℃and 537.5℃.Analysts believe that high temperature thermal performance of the above two silicon-containing arylacetylene resins is excellent enough to be the resin matrix of ablative composites.High temperature thermal performance of PSA-1 is slightly better than that of PSA-1B.At the same time,glass-transition temperature of PSA-1 and PSA-1B is both above 500℃.Analysts believe that the above two silicon-containing arylacetylene resins have good environmental performance and process performance.
