PBS/石榴皮提取物复合材料的界面作用及其双功能性

摘    要:对废弃资源石榴皮进行资源再利用,从中提取有效染色、抗菌成分,并与聚丁二酸丁二酯(PBS)复合,制备双功能性PBS/石榴皮提取物(PGL)复合材料。利用傅里叶变换红外光谱对复合材料进行了分析,采用Materials Studio软件对复合材料的界面作用进行了分子动力学模拟,探讨了PGL用量对复合材料耐摩擦色牢度、抗细菌率的影响。结果表明,PGL在共混过程中没有与PBS发生化学反应,但两者形成了静电能和氢键两种分子间非键合作用力,使得复合材料具有一定强度的界面作用。PGL质量分数为1%~7%时,复合材料的耐摩擦色牢度基本得到保持,表明PGL中的染色成分与PBS存在一定的分子间界面作用,为分子动力学模拟结果提供了证明。PGL质量分数为1%时,复合材料对金黄色葡萄球菌及大肠杆菌的抗细菌率均达到了90%以上,具有了抗菌能力;随着PGL用量的增加,复合材料的抗菌能力逐渐提高,当PGL质量分数超过7%后,复合材料对两种细菌的抗细菌率均达到99%以上,具有强抗菌作用。

Abstract:The waste resources Punica granatum L.was reused to extract the effective dyeing and antibacterial ingredients,and they were compounded with poly(butylene succinate)(PBS)for preparing the PBS/Punica granatum L.extracts(PGL)composites with bifunctionality.FTIR was used for analyzing the composites and the molecular dynamics simulation of the interfacial interaction of the composites were carried out using Materials Studio software,the effects of the PGL contents on the color fastness to rubbing and antibacterial ratio of the composites were discussed.The results show that,no chemical reaction is occurred between PGL and PBS during the blending process,but two kinds of intermolecular non-bonded forces of electrostatic energy and hydrogen bonding are formed between them,which makes the composite has interfacial interaction with a certain strength.When the mass fraction of PGL are 1%~7%,the color fastness to rubbing of the composite is maintained basically,which indicates some intermolecular interface interaction exists between the dyeing component of PGL and PBS and provides proof for the molecular dynamics simulation results.When the mass fraction of PGL is 1%,the antibacterial ratio for Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli of the composite are all above 90%,so the composite has antibacterial ability.The antibacterial ability of the composite increases with the increase of PGL content,when the mass fraction of PGL exceeds 7%,the antibacterial ratios for the two bacteria all reach above 99%,the composite has strong antibacterial ability.
