摘    要:从分析对比传统牙刷刷毛与硅胶牙刷刷毛性能着手,根据硅胶材料的特性和牙刷刷头及刷毛的结构特点,提出了优化刷毛设计的台阶思路和解决方法,并对刷头模具中微小孔的制造工艺加工难点进行分析研究,通过对切削力的分析,确定影响微小孔加工钻头折断的主要因素为切削速度和切削深度,最后通过在精雕Caver400TE上加工进行实验验证,得到刷头模具微小孔加工的一系列工艺参数,经列表分析,得出较为合适的制造参数,验证了该方法的有效性和可行性。

Abstract:Starting from the analysis and comparison of the properties of traditional toothbrush bristles and silica gel toothbrush bristles,according to the characteristics of silica gel materials and the structural characteristics of toothbrush head and brush bristles,the step ideas and solutions for optimizing the design of brush bristles were put forward,and the manufacturing process of microholes in brush die was analyzed and studied.Through the analysis of cutting force,the bit fracture affecting micro-hole processing was determined.The main factors are cutting speed and depth.Finally,a series of technological parameters for micro-hole machining of brush head die were obtained through experimental verification on Carved Caver400TE.Through tabular analysis,more suitable manufacturing parameters were obtained.The validity and feasibility of this method were verified.
