洪口水电站碾压贫胶砂砾料筑坝技术研究

摘    要:碾压贫胶砂砾料胶凝材料用量少,具有一定的抗冲刷能力,碾压贫胶砂砾料坝具有混凝土面板堆石坝和碾压混凝土坝的主要优点.洪口水电站碾压贫胶砂砾料主围堰施工中,采用不经筛分的天然料和开挖渣料作为集料,粗骨料最大粒径达250 mm,经挖掘机拌和,利用12 t双钢轮振动碾或26 t钢轮振动碾进行碾压.2006年6月6日过堰洪水超过堰顶约8 m,比设计堰顶水头高1.5 m,主围堰经受了考验.

Abstract:The roll compaction lean cement aggregate needs only a small amount of cementation material and has certain erosion resistance. Meanwhile it has main advantages of concrete face rockfill dam and RCC dam. In the construction of roll compaction lean-cement aggregate for the main cofferdam of Hongkou Hydropower Station, those unscreened natural materials and excavated dregs materials were adopted, with the maximum grain size of 250mm. After being mixed, they were rolled by 12T dual-wheel vibratory roller or 26T steel wheel vibratory roller. In June 6, 2006, the flood level was 8 m higher above the darn crest, 1.5m higher than the design water head of dam crest, and the main cofferdam experienced the test.
