摘    要:利用双层辉光离子渗金属技术可以一次性实现Nd-Fe-B合金压坯的烧结和表面渗金属处理,即在完成制品烧结的同时,在其表面形成一定厚度的合金扩散层,从而改善和提高制品的表面性能。在该工艺条件下,渗金属速率比普通钢材提高10倍左右。

Abstract:The sintering and the surface metal permeating of Nd--Fe--B alloy can be finished in one process by double-layer glowing cathode at the same time of finishing the product's sintering, a cerium thick layer of diffusion alloy which improves and increases the surface properties, has been formed on the surface of product. The rate of metal permeating has increased by about 10 times compared with the ordinary steels.
