GCr15钢轴承套圈的失效分析

摘    要:GCr15钢制造的轴承套圈,内径φ220mm,高度H=157mm,厚度b=12mm。在轧钢机上运转14天,套圈表面辊道出现桔皮状条带,凹凸不平,影响正常工作。检验证明,原材料碳化物呈带状,热处理组织不合格,回火后出现粗大马氏体,导致套圈变形,圆度超标引起的磨擦过烧现象。

Abstract:A bearing ring which was made of GCr15 steel worked in the rolling machine.After 14 days working,the orange peel belt appeared on the roller bed.The test discovered that GCr15 steel contains belt carbides and the heat treatment process did not meet its requirement.The tempered martensite is coarse,so that there are much internal stress in the bearing ring which results in distortion of crystal lattice and the overrange of roundness,so it had been burn down in work.
