摘    要:浮选是处理细粒级煤的主要方法 ,而浮选的药剂处理又是选煤厂所关注的问题。药剂处理决定了药剂的消耗量及浮选效果 ,为解决这一问题 ,应对浮选药剂进行乳化处理 ,药剂经乳化后分散性变好 ,与矿浆接触面积增大 ,提高了药剂与煤粒的接触面 ,从而减少了药剂消耗量 ,提高了浮选效果。辅以检测仪表 ,可实现浮选综合自动控制 ,具有良好的经济效益

Abstract:Flotation process is a major method of fine coal treatment, while treatment of flotation reagents is a notable problem, because reagent treatment determines reagent consumption and flotation performance. For dealing with this problem, flotation reagents must be treated for emulsion. The emulsified reagent offers better performances such as favorable disperse property increasing attachment area with coal slime and increasing the area of the place where reagent contacts with fine particles, that will make a significant contribution to reducing reagent consumption and improving flotation performance.
