| 摘 要： | 研究了酶系统、酶解温度、酶解时间、渗透压稳定剂、培养基等因素对米曲霉QU3601原生质体形成的影响，获得了制各米曲霉QU3601．原生质体的最适条件，为原生质体技术改良QU3601。的生产性能奠定了方法学基础，并为相关霉菌原生质体的制各提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | The factors affecting the formation of Aspergillus oryzae QU3601 protoplasts were studied in details,including enzyme system,enzyme digestion temperature and time,osmotic pressure stabilizer and culture medium.The optimized method for the isolation of protoplasts from Aspergillus oryzae QU3601 was obtained.This study laid the foundation to improve the productive capacity of the QU3601,and provided useful experiences of producing other mould protoplasts. |
