摘    要:目前,由于各勘探队伍实力的壮大,为了提高钻进效率,高风压大排量空压机普遍被采用,现有反循环钻头无法满足要求,造成反循环不彻底,阻碍了高风压大排量空压机应用,为此,通过改进钻头喷嘴流道形状,将拉瓦尔喷管引入钻头设计中,使喷嘴出口处形成超音速流动,以增强卷吸效果,使反循环更加彻底。

Abstract:At present, due to the growth of the exploration team' s strength, in order to increase drilling efficiency, compressor which has high wind pressure large displacement has been generally adopted, the existing reverse circulation bit is unable to meet the demand, resulting that the reverse circulation is not complete. Therefore, by improving the flow bit nozzle shape, we introduce Laval nozzle into bit design and try to obtain a supersonic flows int the nozzle exit, to enhance the entrainment effects. Against the idea above we design the experimental device.
