| Abstract: | To analyze the die screaming phenomenon in the course of drawing of PC steel wire.It is pointed out that the formation of cross crackles is directly related to the quality of wire rod and pickling and phosphate coating,the conditions of drawing.The effects of cross crackles in different degree on the mechanical properties of PC steel wire are discussed. |
