高砷铅阳极泥预脱砷研究

摘    要:采用一种新的高效碱性脱砷剂A, 用全湿法流程对高砷铅阳极泥进行预脱砷; 考察了浸出时间、液固比、浸出剂浓度、阳极泥粒度以及浸出温度等对脱砷效果的影响; 在最佳脱砷条件下As、Sb、Pb的浸出率分别为96.32%, 9.04%与13.15%, 脱砷后的阳极泥含砷0.28%。脱砷后液采用石灰乳可将61.7%的As从溶液中沉淀脱除。

Abstract:A new reagent is used to remove arsenic from arsenic-rich lead anode slime by a hydrometallurgical process. The influence of those factors including leaching time, ratio of solid to liquid, the concentration of reagent A, particle seize of anode slime and leaching temperature, on the arsenic removal were all investigated. Results show that the leaching rates of As, Sb and Pb is respectively 96.32%, 9.04% and 13.15% in the best arsenic removal case. The remained arsenic content is 0.28% in the slime after such pretreatment. And it also can be further treated by prometallurgical process. 61.7% of arsenic in this solution can be removed from sedimentation with lime solution.
