| Abstract: | The article analyzes the decline of the whole insulation, the uniform decline of the insulation in the dead zone of operation and the inherent defect of the method of the leakage current and such problems in the DC patrol system in the large substation and final- ly presents the basic solution combining the practical operation experience. |
