ANSYS随机振动分析在电子行业的应用

摘    要:为验证电子产品的振动可靠性,对某一电子机箱结构动力学特性进行了研究。用ANSYS/Mechanical有限元软件进行分析,通过施加随机振动的加速度谱曲线,得出了机箱的应力分布和功率谱密度响应曲线。分析的结果表明,用ANSYS有限元软件仿真是可行的,有助于机箱结构的进一步优化设计。

Abstract:In order to verify the vibration reliability of electronic products,it analyzes the dynamic characteristics of an electronic chassis.Based on software of Ansys/Mechanical,it applizes a random vibration acceleration spectrum curve to the structure,obtains the stress distribution and power spectral density response curves.The results show that the analysis process based on Ansys software is feasible and usefull to help optimizatie design of the chassis structure.
