| 摘 要： | 调查了热交换器制造企业工艺设计的现状，对热交换器生产中应用Word／Excel／AutoCAD及其他图形系统填表型cAPP系统和数据库的参数式CAPP系统2种开发方式所引起的问题作了讨论，论述了热交换器CAPP系统总体设计、数据处理应达到的目标，指出实施的关键就是如何有效地利用典型工艺知识这一宝贵的知识财富，并能实现人机交互，从而有效制订出焊ki-zr-艺卡以及进行焊接工艺的管理，为热交换器生产中G心P技术的开发提供一些参考。

| Abstract: | Based on investigation of the heat exchanger manufacturing process, it discusses the application of CAPP systems with filling out the tables and parameter database based on Word/Excel/AutoCAD and other graphics system in heat exchangers production. Aiming at CAPP of heat exchangers production, it designs the construction of CAPP system, proposes the object of data processing. The CAPP is useful for using the typical process knowledge, and obtaining the optimal welding process .for heat exchangers with human - machine in- teraction. This can be a referance to heat exchangers production. |
