摘    要:电价联动是继续推进电力市场化改革迫切需要解决的问题之一。针对当前峰谷分时电价的实施现状,在综合考虑需求侧响应及有关主体利益平衡的基础上,以优化负荷曲线为目标函数,建立了发电侧与售电侧峰谷分时电价联合设计的优化模型。

Abstract:The linkage of electricity price is the key to advance the revolution. According to the present situation of TOU (Time -OfUse) power price, an optimization model for designing peak -valley TOU power price of generation and sale side is presented considering the demand response and the main interest balancing, optimizing load prediction curve as object function.
