摘    要:为了优化车轴表面残余应力状态,保证车轴疲劳可靠性,通过试验方法对50钢车轴在不同磨削工艺参数下的表面应力状态进行了考察,得出了影响轴颈、防尘座以及轮座磨削表面残余应力参数的主次关系以及参数大小,并结合实际工艺条件给出了最优的工艺参数匹配以及合理的参数区间。

Study of Axle Surface Residual Stress in Grinding Process and Process Optimization

Abstract:Axle is one of the key components of a railway vehicle, of which its mechanical property and fatigue life contribute much to the safety of the train. In order to improve the surface residual stress condition and en-sure the fatigue reliability, it applies the experiment methodology to investigate the residual stress of 50 steel axle under the condition of different grinding process parameters, draws the primary and secondary relationsof the process parameters and their degree, which those parameters affect the grinding residual stress of the journal, shows a relatively optimal match of processing parameters and their range with practical processingcondition.
