| 摘 要： | 针对目前数字化制造车间的建设要求,对刀具等加工制造业的重要组成部分进行类别管理、参数信息管理和库存管理,同时对刀具生命周期内的其他重要信息,如刀具需求计划、实时状态、修磨报废情况、工艺信息等进行有效地统计、管理、分析,并且将所有信息与DNC系统等其他数字化制造模块集成。研制开发了一套有效的刀具全生命周期管理系统,能够对刀具从需求到报废的整个生命周期的信息进行实时有效的管理,提高了生产效率和产品质量。

| Abstract: | Tools are one of the most active factors in manufacturing.It establishes the analysis model of tools,the stock control model,operating process model,and functional model in the tool management system.These models include the cutter information and the coding regulations,and integrate the tool management system with other management systems in the enterprise.This effective tool management system can reduce tool cost and inventory,decrease machine downtime,and improve the quality of the parts manufacture. |
