某型气象雷达方位扫描伺服系统设计

摘    要:设计一套用于驱动某型气象雷达进行方位扫描的伺服系统。该系统采用PC机和步进电机运动控制卡组成控制部分,选择步进电机为执行元件,用步进电机专用集成驱动芯片搭建步进电机的驱动电路。试验表明,该伺服系统能较好地驱动雷达天线完成振动、温度试验,达到气象雷达的方位扫描要求。

Abstract:It develops a suit of servo system which can drive the azimuth scan of one type of weather radar.It applies stepping motor motion control card to drive the parts,designs the electric actuator drive circuit with special integrated driver IC.The experiment indicates that the system can drive radar antenna to fulfill the vibration and temperature experiments effectively,meet the requirements of the azimuth scan of weather radar.
