虚拟环境下零件约束面信息自动提取技术研究

摘    要:首先对约束识别和运动导航所需零件约束面进行了分析,然后对Pro/E中表面信息存储结构进行了阐述,给出了零件约束面自动识别和约束面信息参数的自动提取算法,最后给出了应用实例,研究结果表明,这种方法可以满足装配工艺规划的需要,有效提高约束识别效率。

Study on Auto- Extracting Technology for Constraint Information of Parts at Virtual Environment

Abstract:Auto-extracting of the constraint face information of parts is an important issue of virtual assembly. It presents a new approach of determining constraint faces of parts effectively, designs a new algorithm which may recognize constraint surfaces of parts and extracts automatically the constraint surfaces parameters. The example shows that the approach can meet the needs of assembly process planning and improve the efficiency of constraint recognition effectively.
