| 摘 要： | 为提高模具设计及其数控加工的质量和效率，提出首先利用Pro／E软件进行油壶零件造型及模具设计，然后将图形转换到MasterCAM软件中进行数控加工的方法，并详细分析了油壶后模的加工工艺及加工参数的设置。

| Abstract: | Based on the CAD/CAM platform function, it applies Pro/E software for mold - designing and MasterCAM for numerical- controlling. This process improves the quality and efficiency of mold design and numerical control machining. It proposes the basic methods of oilcan part modeling and mold designing based on Pro/E, describes numerical control machining process based on MasterCAM, shows the detail about pro- cessing techniques and machining parameters of oilcan post - mold. |
