| 摘 要： | 针对某企业生产总装过程含有大量易燃易爆危险品，为加强生产安全管理，建立了生产过程的危险源体系，并开发了生产安全信息管理系统，集成了视频监控、温湿度和光照度传感器等信息采集系统，创建了基于F＆EI方法的工艺流程安全评估和预警机制，开发并实现了企业安全信息管理系统。

| Abstract: | Duriring the final assembly processes of an enterprise, there are a lot of inflammable and explosive materials. In order to improve the safety management in the processes, it establishes the architecture of the hazard installations, develops the safety information management system. The system integrates the video monitor, temperature ＆ humidity sensors and illumination sensors. Based on F＆EI method, it analyzes the mechanism of safety assessment and warning. |
