| 摘 要： | 根据金沙125MW机组煤耗高的情况，通过分析和论述，问题主要存在煤质变差及煤粉细度较大。对受热面积灰、三次风量大、降低煤粉细度、设备改造等问题，进行了详细的原因分析，经过强化运行调整，加强设备改造。降低了煤耗，提高了机组运行的经济性。

| Abstract: | According to the analysis of high coal consumption of 125 MW units in Jinsha, the key problem is coal quality gets inferior and coal fineness is larger. In this paper, the method to reduce fouling of heating surface, increase tertiary air, decrease particle size and transform equipment are analysed in detail. The coal consumption is reduced and operation performance of units is improved by strengthening operation adjustment and equipment remodeling. |
