| 摘 要： | 提出一种适用于电网规划的供电可靠性评估方法，并以典型实例进行计算。首先根据配电网规划结果，制定供电可靠性评估指标；其次利用层次分析法与模糊决策相结合的方法，计算每个特征指标权值和最终评价结果。利用某地区配电网实际规划案例初步证明了该方法的有效性和实用性。

| Abstract: | This paper puts forward a kind of power supply reliability evaluation method that is suitable for grid planning and takes a typical calculation. First of all, it formulates a power supply reliability evaluation index according to the distribution network planning result. Secondly, it calculates each feature index weight and the final evaluation result using analytic hierarchy process combined with fuzzy deci- Sion - making method. Finally, it proves the validity of this method and practical by using a certain region distribution network planning actual case preliminarily. |
