摘    要:结晶器液位和铸坯拉速可直接影响结晶器内钢液温度.本文基于数值模拟和钢液凝固机理,建立起结晶器内钢液液位和铸坯拉速对其出钢口处钢液截面平均温度和坯壳温度的制约关系.仿真结果表明,所建立的关系模型能够反映结晶器出钢口处坯壳表面温度的动态变化,及间接地预知坯壳厚度目的.

Abstract:Molten steel level in mould of continuous cast process and casting speed can directly effect temperature of molten steel in mould. According to numerical simulation and molten steel solidification mechanism, in the paper, the restrict relationship had been setup between casting speed and molten steel level and average mould tapping section thickness as well as its shell temperature at tapping spout. The simulation results show that the system relationship model can reflect dynamic variation on its shell temperature and predict indirectly the shell thickness at tapping spout.
