水溶性切削液的选用及保养

水溶性切削液主要有乳化液、微乳化液和合成切削液,其选用一般以最难加工材料的要求为基础,同时兼顾所采用的加工过程和工具的材质,注重各种性能的均衡及一液多用。在使用过程中,要定期监控水溶性切削液的浓度、硬度、pH值、杀菌剂含量、金属盐含量等指标。

Water soluble cutting oil includes emulsified oil, micro-emulsion and synthetic cutting oil. Their selection is generally based on requirement of the material most difficult to fabricate, while the employed processing technology and the material of processing tools shall also be considered. Emphasis shall be laid on the balance of performances and the multi-functionality of the oil. During the use of water soluble cutting oil, its concentration, hardness, pH, germicide content, metallic salt content etc, shall be routinely monitored.
