活性酯硬化水玻璃砂的研究

摘    要:用焙烧活性砂混制而成的活性酯硬化水玻璃砂与普通酯硬化水玻璃砂相比,强度成倍提高,从而减少水玻璃的加入量,改善水玻璃砂的溃散性。实验证明:原砂的表面活性直接影响在水玻璃砂中水玻璃的加入量,是改善水玻璃砂溃散性的关键之一。焙烧活性砂的水玻璃加入量只要1.5%~2.0%,即能满足实际生产的强度要求。

Abstract:The strength of active ester-hardened sodium silicate sand with the base sand of roasted active sand is twice as high as that using common base sand.The sodium silicate addition to active sand mixture can be reduced obviously,the collapsibility can be improved.The experiments show that the surface activity of base sand will affect the sodium silicate addition and is one of the key measures for improveing the collapsibility of sodium silicate sand mixture.The sodium silicate addition active sodium silicate sand is only l.5% to 2.0% which can be satisfied to the strength requirment for foundry practice.
