摘    要:在讨论了工业通信网络发展现状的基础上,基于OPC技术及TCP/IP通信协议设计了一套工业控制网络与企业信息网络的集成方案,并以现场总线(CAN)为例介绍了该方案的网络结构、互联参考模型以及软硬件的设计,详细介绍了硬件平台的选择,并重点讨论了软件设计中所采用的多线程、缓冲区等关键技术。实践证明,该方案不仅可以解决目前控制系统的全分散、全开放和工业过程互操作问题,同时具有良好的性价比,应用前景广阔。

Abstract:It introduces the status quo of industry communication network and designs an scheme integrated industry control network and enterprise information one based on OPC and TCP/IP.The network structure,interline reference model and detail design of software and hardware of the scheme have been given out as example of field bus(CAN).It has put much emphasis on explaining the skill of selecting hardware platform and the techniques of multithreading and buffering adopted in the software design.Testified by practice,this scheme can solve the current problems of whole-dispersal and whole-opening in control system and that of inter-operation in industry process control system.Additionally,this scheme is of high efficiency compared to its price,so it will be broadly applied in the future.
