摘    要:针对掘进机的截齿空间运动方程提出一种新的建模方法,首先确定截齿在本构坐标系o1-x1y1z1中的运动方程,经过坐标系的连续变化,建立了截齿在惯性坐标系o-xyz中的运动方程,包括截齿在绕截割头轴线旋转并且有上下摆动或左右摆动时的截齿运动方程。这种建模方法对相近或类似的空间运动研究具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:The pick space kinetic equation has basic theory significance for the main performance and cutting parts' numeralization research of roadheader. A new method establishing pick kinetic equations is put forward. Firstly, the pick kinetic equation can be established in the constitutive coordinate o1 - x1y1z1 . Then by making the continuous coordinate transformation, the pick kinetic equations, when the transverse cutting head up - down swinging, left - right swinging and rotating by its axis are established in the inertia coordinate o -xyz. This method has important reference significance to other similar space motion research.
