摘    要:针对某钢厂焊接钢吊车梁腹板与上翼缘之间连接焊缝处存在的纵向水平裂缝,通过对吊车梁材质、承载力和偏心验算以及现场应力测试等相关工作的研究,分析焊接钢吊车梁上部区域的开裂问题,得出吊车梁承受较大附加偏心弯矩、吊车梁腹板厚度偏薄加上材质不满足设计要求和吊车运行频繁是最终导致吊车梁开裂的原因,并针对现行设计规范存在的缺陷和焊接钢吊车梁裂缝防治措施等方面提出相关建议。

Abstract:Aimed at the fatigue longitudinal cracks between the web and the upper flange of a weld steel crane beam in a steel structure workshop,by the research on the material quality,bearing capacity,eccentric calculation and stress test,the cracking problem of the upper part of welded steel crane girders was analysed.They show that the larger additional eccentric bending moment,the thinner web thickness,material defect and the heavy duty cause the occurring of the cracks.And then,the shortage of existing specifications was analyzed and the controlling measures of the fatigue longitudinal cracks of weld steel crane beams were recommended.
